Story of the ICE PHOENIX
ICE PHOENIX is a fierce warrior with a tender heart.
Able to use both the power of fire and the ice, she prefers to live in cold temperature that she often hides among the snow mountains of tundra. A legendary warrior who never misses a shot, some people claim that they have heard her singing, in a ‘marvelously beautiful sound’.
Our latest collection, “Ice Phoenix”, is very light yet sophisticated.
Most of the shoes are made with hand-tied knots, in various different forms (Dorae, Lotus Flowers, Ginger …).
Shades of natural silk fabric are sewn into patchworks, and the traditionally hand-woven ramie fabric is breathing along the breeze while gently hugging your feet. The fabric is sourced from a craftsman who has been producing the material everyday by hand and an analogue machine for more than six decades.
Bio-degradable vegan cactus leather is used to make a pair of simple pumps, with our original heel design.
